Hello,
Today, i wanted to run a pacman -Syu again (pacman 2 and 3, both with the same errors), and wanted to know if anyone has hints what's going wrong...

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

It's probably a mirror sync issue: http://www.archlinux.org/news/299/

The mirror used was archlinux.org.
I simply dropped testing and downgraded every single package to current... anyway, seems as if there has been an invalid db...

This worked for me (your mileage may vary):
1. Check that each of your repos pulls from ftp.archlinux.org
2. Clear the cache: '# pacman -Scc'
3. Resync: '# pacman -Sy'

Bad, BAD idea. Choose a geographically local mirror to you - ftp.archlinux.org can't handle _everybody_ using it, it's under enough stress as it is.
BTW, already reported.

Just give it a day or two and the mirrors will update.

Cough...cough...
1. Make _FREAKING_ damn sure you are not sycning with ftp.archlinux.org
2. ...
3. ...
Okay, that's that.

I am not syncing with archlinux.org usually.
I just changed the mirror when this problem occured (usually i rather use tuwien mirror or the gigabit.nu mirror, since the tuwien mirror is damn slow, and there is no other austrian mirror available, i chose a european one).
For the problem, i changed the mirrors to archlinux.org, synced and saw that the problem still exists. That's why i've been posting.
I also want to ensure that noone uses the archlinux.org mirror as a default server. It's of course the best choice if you experience problems with pacman to fix your system.

pacman3 detects corrupted packages and asks you to remove them from the cache and redownload them
