While reading the installation procedure for TLP on the wiki, it is unclear to me whether or not I need to mask the service systemd-rfkill.service and socket systemd-rfkill.socket if I don't install tlp-rdw.
The wiki seems to indicate I should mask those but since I don't install the component responsible for enabling or disabling wifi and bluetooth, I assume that I should keep rfkill service active. Can someone confirm this thought ?

Hi,
if you don't install tlp-rdw and also don't configure any of these conflicting settings (for which the base package tlp is responsible)
- RESTORE_DEVICE_STATE_ON_STARTUP=
- DEVICES_TO_DISABLE_ON_STARTUP=
- DEVICES_TO_ENABLE_ON_STARTUP=
- DEVICES_TO_ENABLE_ON_AC=
- DEVICES_TO_DISABLE_ON_BAT=
- DEVICES_TO_DISABLE_ON_BAT_NOT_IN_USE=
then you don't need to disable said services.
