KDE Akonadi with PostgreSQL 18

Are there known issues with Akonadi and PostgreSQL 18?

As far as I can tell the akonadi_davgroupware_resource is broken after the update to 25.08.2 and now 25.08.3.
All my calendar entries were ruined and automatically updated on the radicale server.
Tags were changed for no reason! For example Rückfahrt is now updated to Rückfahrt  (return trip).

Also, the akonadi_migration_agent starts on every login.
PIM Maintenance (Finished)

My last attempt: Nuke Akonadi and reconfigure everything was also unsuccessful.
The problems persist.
