(SOLVED) Repeaded xdg-desktop-portal-kde crash

xdg-desktop-portal-kde crashes no matter what when I try to use PipeWire screen capture in OBS. All the dependencies are installed, when switching to X11 the capture just works with no hassle.

When the thing crashes, I get the following log:

It aborts out of QML - there's probably some error message in the journal explaining why.

PipeWire screen capture in OBS. All the dependencies are installed, when switching to X11 the capture just works

OBS probably won't have to use xdg-desktop-portal at all on X11.

Replace pulseaudio w/ pipewire-pulse and make sure to use wireplumber and not the deprecated pipewire-media-session (do not run partial updates -Syu in doubt)

Before I dumped PipeWire I used it with WirePlumber and I was getting constant audio distortions. I got fed up with that and switched back to PulseAudio. When this issue occured trying to switch back to PipeWire was the first thing I tried, except I couldn't - it just wouldn't launch anymore.

Not that I'd use it again anyway, I need Pipewire just for screen capture in Wayland, leave my audio alone, I do not want distortions anymore.

No you didn't- You're running a hybrid system and xdg-desktop-portal/obs clearly doesn't like that.
Choose pipewire XOR pulseaudio, NOT BOTH.
