i need help with plymouth

i get this error
=> ERROR: Failed to read configuration '/etc/mkinitcpio.conf'
[root@lenovo-81fy Downloads]# mkinitcpio -p linux

==> Using default configuration file: '/etc/mkinitcpio.conf'
  -> -k /boot/vmlinuz-linux -g /boot/initramfs-linux.img
/etc/mkinitcpio.conf: line 82: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `"'
==> ERROR: Failed to read configuration '/etc/mkinitcpio.conf'
happens when i do mkintcpio as well

so i think this might be related, but not sure.
when i try to install arch rn. i get this error whilst installing:

i'm not sure if this is related to the problem, but when the install continues when i try to login and use kde plasma i just get a black screen, and hyprland dose not even wana start. ubuntu "works" in the part of getting into the ui, but its very buggy

Edit it seems like my problem is not related.
as mine is this one -> https://github.com/archlinux/archinstall/issues/3901
