Hello, I'm a complete Linux newbie.
Please excuse me for asking, but I haven’t been able to fix a microphone issue for almost half a year...
I have an Asus ExpertBook B5602 with an ALC294 codec, and I’m experiencing a problem with the headset microphone connected through the 4-pin audio jack in Linux.
The internal speakers, internal microphones, and the headset speakers all work fine.
I have no problems with audio in Windows at all.
