beryl - how to configure windows to be on different height?

I have last Beryl from extra, works perfectly.
But I've seen movie on youtube with windows located over the cube surface.
Each window was higher.
How to configure such effect?

It's called "3d effects" and it's in the Visual Effects section of beryl-settings.
