I use GNOME wayland. I have a GTX 960m decrete GPU with `nvidia` driver.
When I run `nvidia-settings -a "[gpu:0]/GPUPowerMizerMode=1"` I get `Attribute 'GPUPowerMizerMode' ([gpu:0]) assigned value 1.`, but after it, when I run `nvidia-settings -q [gpu:0]/GPUPowerMizerMode` I get `Attribute 'GPUPowerMizerMode' ([gpu:0]): 0`. In `nvidia-settings` GUI in the PowerMizerMode part, the GPUPowerMizerMode section disappears in a moment after opening the application. My kernel version is 6.17.9-arch1-1.
`nvidia` and `nvidia-settings` versions are `580.105.08-4` and `580.105.08-1`.
The OS can recognize my GPU:
```
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Skylake GT2 [HD Graphics 520] (rev 07)
01:00.0 3D controller: NVIDIA Corporation GM107M [GeForce GTX 960M] (rev a2)
```
The only problem is `GPUPowerMizerMode` which I can't change it to `1` to get the max performance.
What is the problem and how to solve it?

When I run a game or a benchmark (like glmark2 or vkmark), the use of GPU in system monitor reaches to 100%. It means there is no problem?
