I need it with this kernel version for something very specific. IIRC, the archiso had an option to install it locally (not the archinstall script) - meaning offline installation, with the integrated kernel and all the available packages in the ISO.
RADO OS GTK3 (customized Arch), i7-12700F, RTX 3070 Ti 8GB, 64GB DDR5-4800 (OCed to 5200 MHz).

You can follow 'archiso' guide and create a local repo with that specific kernel and tools you need.
make adjustments to files that need changing like:
releng/efiboot/loader/entries/*
releng/syslinux/*
airootfs/etc/mkinitcpio.d/*.preset
maybe some other files you like changed!

There are no packages on the ISO, and haven't been for many, many years. That kernel should work on a regular Arch system as long as you don't use any out of tree binary modules. If you do, you'll need to downgrade those as well. https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Arch_Linux_Archive

@Scimmia, sure that's true. But you can still create an ISO with a specific kernel.
But no there aren't any packages on the ISO.
I based most on the header and thought it was worth mentioning
