Do you have trouble connecting to it? The website is up, you can see https://status.archlinux.org/

If you got banned you can send your public IP to accountsupport@archlinux.org and ask for a unban

Because when I try to load the website it just sits their trying to load for a long time, then it times out and I get this message:

The connection has timed out

The server at archlinux.org is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

Yes so you most likely got banned by our rate limiting, see my first post for the steps to resolution
