Bluetooth automatic connection issues

Hi,

I have a problem with my bluetooth speakers. If I try to connect it by myself the connection is successful and the log looks like this:

Successfull connection:

But if my OS tries to connect to my bluetooth device automatically it fails and the log looks like this:

I do not experience this with my bluetooth headsets, this might be very specific to my speakers. But so far every workaround (e.g. untrust the device) I tried has failed so far. If anyone has seen something like this or simply can give me a hint how I can prevent the OS from automatically connect to this specific bluetooth device the moment it's visible (without me deleting it every time from my list of known device), I would highly appreciate that.
