[Solved] Vulkan usage makes system crash (sometimes)

I have just encountered an issue trying to run steam games where my entire system just reboots as soon as it uses vulkan. I know that this is a vulkan issue because directx 11 beamng works fine and blender in opengl mode works fine, but vulkan blender crashes. This only happens sometimes as vkcube runs just fine.
This is a recent issue as it started happening maybe after i updated with pacman -Syu.
Running steam with the terminal doesnt show any errors right before the crash, and i dont think i can find anything in journalctl (maybe im not looking hard enough).
I have tried:
- running linux-lts
- downgrading mesa and lib32mesa
- adding these to my GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT: amdgpu.gpu_recovery=0 amdgpu.runpm=0 amdgpu.aspm=0
- disabling resizable bar
none of which fixed the issue of course, thanks chatgpt.

My specs are a 7600x cpu, 7800xt gpu, 32gb ram, 750W psu and proton 9.

Re: [Solved] Vulkan usage makes system crash (sometimes)

Fixed by offsetting my cpu voltage by 0.1500 V, not that knowledgeable about overvolting but it seems perfect for now.
