2.6.20* don't have /dev/dsp [SOLVED]

Hi people.. i've been using kernel26beyond.. a few days ago.. we have 2.6.19 into beyond.. with the lastest upgrade i don't have /dev/dsp with module snd-hda-intel. i think that it's a udev issue.. beacuse i have all modules loaded. I ran alsaconf and detects very well my sound card:

any idea?  i have the same problem in kernel26 kernel26ck beyond etc.. but if a i use kernel26-suspend (still 2.6.19) works perfectly.

Seems to be the same problems as this http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/6617#comment15048 I used the older kernel, kernel26-2.6.20-4.pkg.tar.gz, from pacman cache and it works for the meantime. Waiting for the fix.

Had this problem since kernel 2.6.20.2 (see http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=30816).
Just installed 2.6.20.3-3 package and it's fixed, or rather reverted.

PKGBUILD -> 'upgpkg: added r8169 patch and reverted last intel hda sound change'

SOLVED  http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/6617  but is still present into kernel26beyond and kernel26ck
