Re: gnash moved extra

It does. Yes, using cs is bad, but currently gnash does only play some ads in konqueror :-)

Re: gnash moved extra

the bug is now marked as "fixed" in their bugtracker. try that patch. if it solves it we can apply the patch to our pkg.

Re: gnash moved extra

The patch works. So I applied it and uploaded a new gnash-kde version.

Re: gnash moved extra

Just try it. For me only nspluginwrapper does work (with an old version of flash). E.g. gnash shows the control panel in youtube, but does not play the video.

Re: gnash moved extra

Swfdec is working with larger and larger set of Flash sites including with more sophisticated interfacing abilities. 0.6.0 also plays a bunch more video sites including Google video. All of the required Gnome libraries for a sane upgrade to this version are now in RC status.

Yeah, of course. I forgot about that. Although, the last time I looked the Konqueror code was still in GIT. Apparently the Debian people had it working at some point. Maybe someone here can get it into shape.

Yes, and I find that swfdec works better than gnash. So, I recommend swfdec.:)
