stuck in logo screen after install (acer nitro v17 anv17-61)

My laptop model is acer nitro v17 anv17-61.
It comes with UEFI and a system of 'secure boot' which turns out makes you unable to boot anything not verified by microsoft or something like that. i dissabled the secure boot in the bios and proceed to install arch.
I completed archinstall, keeping 2 partitions of the disk that came with the laptop, 1 was labeled as UEFI, which i configured as boot; and the other was something laveled for windows usage or something, i left it but i didnt use it. And i configured the rest of the drive as root.
The problem comes now: i cant access BIOS nor UEFI editor, everytime i try i get stuck in the logo screen. Also the computer boots on grub, but only shows UEFI editor as option to boot (which leads me to stuck logo screen).
I saw the troubleshooting at
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Laptop … stallation
but cannot complete step 2, not that it gives me a clear picture of what to do (kinda newbie here)

As of now i can from grub enter command mode, and with command exit get into a new screen that gives me 3 options to boot the system, but no option to edit anything (its labeled BIOS but its not really BIOS).
my 3 options are:
- grub (with still only UEFI editor as only option there)
- UEFI_SHELL (i dont find it usefull at all, but still an option)
- the flash drive with archinstall

Reaching the point of booting with the flashdrive i've been able to try to edit the efibootmgr as instructed the the troubleshoot. When i do efibootmgr it returns my boot list as 0002,0000,2000,2001,2002, but when i attempt to do efibootmgr -b 0002 -A to set the arch option as unactive (kinda scarred to remove anything so trying to change it to unactive first), i get a 'file doesnt exist' error.
I ve attempted that before and after making arc-chroot into my arch installation, same error.
I tried to change the boot order, efibootmgr gave me the new list with the changes applied, but once restarted the computer the changes where gone

From the grub comand console i was able to manually boot into the arch installed in the computer, and login into one of the users i set up in the archinstall, even we were able to make pacman -Syyuu and install some other packages (the cinnamon desktop environment didnt work, but still prove that the installation is up and can run).

So, anybody has any ideas as how to fix this? sorry if my writting is all over the place and full of scattered info, it's been multiple hours banging my head againts this wall and me and my friends are kinda out of ideas, never had to face this 'secure boot' nonsense before
