Hello, i’m brand new to Arch and i’m not sure where exactly this post would belong. I’ve been having an issue with bluetooth and registered to the forums to post about it. I’ve been using forums non-stop on my computer where arch is installed and have had no issues. That is, until I registered this account.
After I first logged in, I tried using the forum search function to search the keyword bluetooth. The forum then timed out. Now I cannot access the forums at all on my computer. No search links work, going to archlinux.org and selecting forums also times out. The wiki and everything else works perfectly. No other websites have this issue either. So I am now posting this from my phone in hopes of some help.
Some additional information:
Using Brave Browser - have tried clearing everything (cache, cookies, history, etc…)
Have tried other browsers, issue persists
System is up to date and I have tried rebooting
Thanks

Thank you for letting me know. Do I just put my ip address alone in the email? Or should I include any information or ask to be unbanned?
Thanks again

Yes the IP and some context on your request would be good, this is received by humans (mostly me) and not a machine ![]()

I can tell you that the address from which you posted was an IPv6 address which makes sense for a phone. And it belongs to a well known cell phone provider.
I see no other address having been used with this account.
We have had to resort to IP bans on a few occasions to deal with mass attacks. Sometimes users get caught up in the co-lateral damage. Do let Gromit and/or me know the address from which you tried to connect so I can see if it is blocked on our end. Gromit, I don't know if you have access to the IP info; if not let me know the address by PM if you obtain it and I will check.

I sent an email to the accountsupport@archlinux.org address with the ip for my computer, if you need me to provide it in another way please let me know.
Again thank you both for the help

I sent an email a little before your reply, didn’t know it would be you receiving it so I just denoted that a user informed me to send the email.
