Mod note: Please
1) Edit your title to reflect the actual error. See: https://wiki.c2.com/?HowToAskQuestionsTheSmartWay
2) Remove your redundant cry for help.
3) Upload logs with English locales in the future to facilitate assistance.
That being said, it looks like you're facing a DNS error. pacman, more specifically the respective DNS library used, cannot resolve the host names of your mirrors.
Check your firewall settings and whether you may be hindered by an administrative firewall.

Change mirror to something better: not out of sync and without error. You may try even something outside of your country, global, like https://fastly.mirror.pkgbuild.com/ .

I checked DNS and changed mirror. Same error again.

I do not see a same error; it was a different error.
The first error seemed to be not connected to the Internet. The later one didn't really log what error it was.
Try `curl -v https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/` and see if it also gives an error? If no error, try again with `sudo`?

`curl -v https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/` no error
