Please file a bug report. Perhaps apache needs to be rebuilt against latest db.

Hi, i was having the same problem and not only with apache but with subversion also. I came up with what i believe is an ugly solution but did the job temporary. I linked libdb-4.4.so (which doesn't exists anymore in db-4.5) to libdb-4.so
# ln -s /usr/lib/libdb-4.so /usr/lib/libdb-4.4.so
this way konqueror and python keep working smoothly and apache and subversion can also survive. I'm guessing there should be another release of the db package to fix this problem

You should update all packages on your system, not just a few of them.
This will actually be solved for the next major db upgrade, we're switching to versioned packages for DB, just because every upgrade of a major db version leaves a lot of broken systems and leaves the user without tools to recover/upgrade/dump their DB files.
