Headphone jack detection broken

Hi,

My laptop isn't detecting when there are headphones plugged into the jack, however will play audio through them while still listing the output device as "Speaker".

I have run

$ wpctl status

and got this output

My headphones were plugged in when this was run but the only sink listed is "Speaker".
Checking both alsamixer and pwvucontrol lists the only output device as 'Speaker', and bluetooth works fine.
