[Gave Up] AMDGPU Crashed by Electron (Antigravity IDE)

I'm using vanilla kernel 6.18.9-arch1-2 & mesa driver 1:25.3.5-1 on AMD 9955HX with Radeon 610M iGPU. Google Antigravity IDE (using system electron 39) randomly makes the amdgpu kernel driver crash. The whole screen freezes and then turns black. After ~10s it recovers. I'm not sure if it's reproducible (and this software requires complicated setup), but I've experienced more than 10 times within 3 days.

The path

Those are very hard to troubleshoot and can usually only be fixed in videocard firmware.

If it does recover without crashing the whole system hard, that means there's been a huge improvement on dealing with these errors.

Is your system running latest uefi firmware (newer agesa versions can sometimes also improve these errors)  ?

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

None of above works. Plus, the screen cannot light up after system suspension because of wrong state of amdgpu. Switched to nvidia finally. Thanks for replying sad
