I really messed up here. I was trying to install a package but gcc-libs was preventing it so I thought that removing it would fix it. I instead broke pacman.
I'm in a live USB trying to install gcc-libs using pacman-static but it seems like the keyring is broken since I'm getting asked to remove the files that were just downloaded because they're currupted and I have no idea how to update it:
error: failed to commit transaction (invalid or corrupted package (PGP signature))EDIT: I am a professional idiot. All I had to do was run "pacman-key --init; pacman-key --populate archlinux" in the live boot NOT the root partition then use --root /path/to/mounted/root with pacman in the live boot to install gcc-libs.
