Odd keyboard behavior after kernel upgrade

Since updating the kernel to 6.18.9.arch1-2, my keyboard will eventually begin behaving as though the left Alt key is continuously held, making text input essentially impossible. This behavior affects both my laptop's built-in KB, and an external USB keyboard. This behavior begins anywhere between 1 and 20 minutes after startup, and the only way to return to normal is to reboot. Downgrading the kernel to 6.18.8.arch2-1 appears to have fixed this issue. The laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad E15 Gen 3.

If one of them presses Alt the state will change everywhere.
Does it help to "sudo evtest --grab" the internal keyboard?
