SOLVED pacman cache download-*

I have several download directories left in pacman cache directory. I've tried to clear them by several means. I'd like to figure out why they are there after clearing cache and if it's okay to delete them.

Re: SOLVED pacman cache download-*

*Corrected OP
I'm not running windows. I installed Arch a few weeks ago on a TP T480s with archinstall on LVM.
I noticed yay output errors with the cahche directory today when I tried to install octipi and the installation failed. I use a WM fro logging in and dont have .xinitrc. Sorry, I'm not seeing any other useful information in your suggestions. Let me know If I'm missing anything. Thanks in advance for your help.

lol
The 4 other links are my signature, but it's always a good idea to go through that wink

Please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
Thanks.
