After recent update, I face problem with Vivaldi start (listing form start till the end of guest session immediately):

The strange thing is that on notebook, there is not such a problem. I didn't make any change to PC, just the update. Yes, there are hardware differences, of course. The key differences are: nvidia on PC/no dedicated card on NB, several disk drives on PC, some of them in RAID via MDADM/single storage on NB. Otherwise, it is the same, arch linux, KDE, Wayland.
Chromium, Brave (and FFox) are working fine.
A few years ago, it was the same. The only option was to delete kwallet and recreate again, which didn't show to work it up completely.

Try creating a new browser profile:
mv ~/.config/vivaldi/ ~/.config/vivaldi-oldOffline
Yes, that works of course, but that's what I don't want...

I set keepassxc to manage both my general (browser) password and also replace kwallet and gnome-keyring. My life is so much simpler now. I don't know what you use to manage passwords but maybe look into that to supply the system with the secret service it needs.

Sounds similar to https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=312291 (chromium + kwallet, unresolved)
