[SOLVED] Integrated webcam stopped working

The integrated webcam of my notebook stopped working and I would like to ask for help troubleshooting. It used to work fine, but all of a sudden (of course right when joining some online meeting) my camera picture remained black.

Using zoom or https://webcamtests.com/, I only see the control LED next to the camera briefly turn on and then immediately turn off, and the webcam picture remains black. I do not know whether it is due to hardware failure, or whether updating packages caused the issue.

Notebook: Lenovo Legion 5 16IRX9

I tried downgrading the packages `linux` and `linux-headers` to 6.19.8 and 6.19.6 respectively without success. Any ideas what else I could try? Thanks!

Wow. Just now I realized that I have a physical webcam on/off switch on the side of the notebook. I must have turned it off by accident. I feel stupid. The more you know... :-D
