Minecraft keeps crashing, forcing manual reboot.
After about a minute of loading a world, minecraft significantly slows down, then crashes. This has happened twice.
First crash (journalctl -b, starting from stale cpu bug, ending at end of log):

I think the launcher's embedded browser (CEF) might be crashing... is this the latest version? if not try with the latest version
have you tried clearing cache? what is the behavior in flatpak version?
try different laucncher... for ex: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/prismlauncher-qt5
also ensure all required 32-bit libraries are present, although very unlikely to be a wall

If non of these suggestion helped, then we need to isolate wayland/Xorg, or probably GPU issue given your symptoms...
