My ipod used to be recognized as "Removable medium" in KDE, which was fine. It showed up in my media toolbar. For some reason, now it shows up as "Hard disk volume", which doesn't show up in my toolbar, since I'd rather not see all of my mounted hard disk volumes on my toolbar at all times.
Is there any way to get KDE to recognize my ipod as a different type of media device?
