rocm-core 7.2.2-1 appears to break fish_add_path

Hi,

I believe I discovered a bug in how rocm-core (specifically, version 7.2.2-1) is packaged. /usr/share/fish/vendor_conf.d/rocm.fish contains the following line:

fish_add_path --append --global /opt/rocm/bin

This config file has been introduced about 2 months ago in commit af0dcbcf. This appears to break fish_add_path run from a user shell, as any changes are not persisted. It would be interesting to know if anybody can reproduce this issue and can perhaps open a bug report if this is the case.
