I cannot login with Otter Browser 1.0.03 (yes, I know it is old and not really maintained). The forum misleadingly says „Wrong username and/or password.“
On Firefox it works without problem.
So I suggest to either allow login from niche browsers or either adjust the error message.

https://otter-browser.org looks at least somewhat maintained?
I severely doubt that there's a server-side useragent gate and the site doesn't use javascript and also otter wraps qt5-webengine (slightly older version of blink)
Do you use a US-ASCII keyboard and/or is your login qwerty-safe? Chances are that you *are* entering the wrong password if the locale is off.
It might also be a problem w/ some rogue cookie-policy?

[EDIT: typo]
Oops. Login does work; writing this from Otter Browser.
I used Developer Tools to view the POST data and found mixed order letters. This is no surprise — the browser has some lag so the letters sometimes appear in reverse. On a password field this is not distinguishable.
Nevermind.

Done.
Concerning the maintenance state of the browser: The code seems to be maintained, yes, but it doesn't make it into the distribution repos. Someone™ should jump in and help...

Seems it theoretically supports Qt6 - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/otter-browser or https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/otter-browser-git could try to switch to that, there's no chance a Qt5 client gets picked into the repos at this point.
