luks incorrect passphrase

Hello, I need some help.

After an unclean shutdown, my luks passphrase is incorrect. I tried a livecd as well, the password is correct, also the keyboard layout.

The output of cryptsetup luksDump is:

Re: luks incorrect passphrase

Does the system pass a memtest86+ run? argon2 frequently fails with bad ram involved. You can also try to open the header on another machine, if available.

There were a couple other threads about luks passphrase issues, example https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=312370

Other than checking for hardware problems and obvious corruption, there is not much you can do.
