High CPU usage with multi-user KDE plasma after standby

Hi

Since month I have an annoying problem. Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to 2 or more user sessions (with switch user)
2. Everything works fine
3. Go to standby
4. Wake up and login to a user (which one is not important)
5. Fan starts loudly
6. `top` shows high cpu usage of plasmashell and kwin_wayland of the other (not logged in) user
7. Switch to other user with Ctrl+Alt+F? key and login, then lock and go back to the first user
8. CPU usage drops immediately to normal range until next standby/wake-up

System specs:
- KDE plasma 6.6.5 (But the problem had already been present in < 6.x and with SDDM)
- Plasma Login Manager
- Wayland

Any ideas how to debug or a solution? Thanks!
