issues downloading from kernel.org

for the sake of some fun over the weekend i started with LFS 13 - and ran into the problem: i can't download any kernel from kernel.org - except for 7.2-rc1 - for any other I get a 404 - no matter of either www.kernel.org or cdn.kernel.org
can anyone of you donwload any kernel AT ALL?

7.2-rc1 is from https://git.kernel.org/torvalds/t/linux-7.2-rc1.tar.gz - the cdn is 404 - I assume we'll be reading the news about this.
