I am doing all I can to move folks away from Windows here in Thailand.
Shareable here are some of my public teaching materials I keep onsite. They are shown on a screen and students can follow on thier fones if nearsighted or just prefer.
Site is part of the movement. No wordpress or google-analytics. Just textfiles made with Vim with some Metrica code to count users. All done on Arch with 100% local resources.
There is a general Linux Rants page. I keep rants of all sorts there. A game mod, a club post, various short tutorials, etc.. Also my pages for this free presentation (to run about an hour with question time). These will be free across the region soon. part of a larger program (mostly idealist, but with some recompense for labor). I do expect to hook up some work with the name recognition in the tech sector here.

barkester.net/linux_009.html focuses on freedom of real ownership versus Eula. Very direct. Hits home in Asia. A big why as to why we go opensource.
barkester.net/linux_007.html is about Libre as opposed to office. Focuses on no excuse to stay as they are near identical. So many dread the transition. this is a good example to allay that fear.
barkester.net/linux_008.html is about GIMP and it's comparative freedoms and excellent privacy. All about privacy here and GIMP is a prime example.
Will be giving the presentaions on a Matebook running Arch. Wanting maybe 2 more sections like the above. Should be an linux_010.html in a day or so focusing on economics. finishing it now. Examples will be on the command line of course with my local Deepseek-coder assistant doin' a few tricks. No page for that though.
Interested in feedback. Those in Thailand may get in touch. I do understand Thai and the presentations pages are bilingual.
