Suspending or display configuration change i get stuck on black screen

Whenever i suspend my system and wake it or try to disable a monitor and use a secondary screen my display stops working on every screen and i was looking at the logs from trying to wake up and i see this,

i also noticed that when i try to disable one of my monitors i get the same issue where i get stuck on a black screen and then powerdevil crashes.

im using arch+kde on wayland with an amd gpu and amd cpu.

edit: this is the power devil error i got earlier when i was trying to use my tv as a display and tried disabling my primary error which then also broke the secondary one.
