was booting to arch from windows 10, arch boots, shows messages of succesfull loading then just black screen with no hdmi output, i cant go to TTY, i can reboot with ctrl+alt+del.
adding nomodeset in grub loads the system, first i tried full system upgrede, didnt help. then i tried installing lts linux and headers i found a post it helped someone, also no changes.
then i tried booting withlive usb with and image i used before and it worked perfectly, now its also no hdmi output without nomodeset.
i rechecked windows for hibernation and fastboot just in case, all disabled.
i rechecked bios/uefi not sure which for secure boot and fastboot, all disabled.
windows boots fine, tested graphic card in games it was ok.
is it hardware issue if it is how do i check?
GPU amd rx580
what logs to check for further investigation?

found error gpu doesnt see monitor anymore
$ journalctl -b -1 -p err
archlinux kernel: amdgpu 0000:06:00.0: [drm] Cannot find any crtc or sizes
so i added 'video=HDMI-A-1:e' to the grub and it helped.
