Unresponsive keyboard

Hi,

My keyboard is sometimes not responding to key presses. Specifically the space bar and some letters. Please help me troubleshoot it because I don't even know if it's a hardware issue or software. I am using KDE at the moment.

Test some other software stack, eg. https://grml.org/ - does the keyboard show similar issues there?
