had to get the good ol' chroot to downgrade and fix this on my framework 13, that was a fun afternoon~
edit: they've reverted the commit for now so the new pkg (dated 12 Aug) shouldn't break anyone's systems. c:

From the Github issue - you can boot by adding dis_ucode_ldr to your boot parameters, if you like me don't have a live USB nearby.
