UPDATE=some problems have been fixed.So i m updateing this content
UPDATE= TSC error and amdgpu override error solved but boot time takes long the problem is amdgpu boots very slow, with masking it in kernel params. Boot becomes very fast and kernel boots in like 6 secs . So our problem is amdgpu boots very slow i tried adding amdgpu in the modules section in mkinitcpio but amdgpu boots very slow.

Startup finished in 3.886s (firmware) + 34.255s (loader) + 2.935s (kernel) + 6.342s (userspace) = 47.419s
graphical.target reached after 5.731s in userspace. ==> WITH AMDGPU MASKED IN KERNEL COMMANDLINE

And probably post your complete system journal for the boot:

i edited the post man thanks for your reply i solved the random seed error and other security error i tried in /etc/default/grub

none of these errors is gone only the security ones i aslo made a fwupdate with fwupdatemgr but apicid dismatch didnt go

It is also not necessary to copy the internet around, the termbin link would have worked for me just as much.
And don't flail around: specifically enforcing the clock mode is not a very good idea. The "error" there warns you about it being flimsy condition and explains what to do if you explicitly want to override its judgement.

16.848s (kernel) the problem is kernel takes so much time to boot, thats the issue and i dont know how to solve it

Edit: this is not just the number there? After hitting enter in grub it takes 15s before the kernel even starts to load the initramfs?

if i disable amdgpu the system wont boot because its the driver, and i think because of bios problem i have a acpic id error and this tsc clock error, tsc clock error is important right now because it handles job with cpu if this tsc goes off and fallback cpu handler tooks place my system performce will probably go down

its not stalls i masked amgpu in the kernel params and system booted 22 secs so amdgpu problem i tried to solve it by adding amdgpu to into mkinitcpio modules section but kernel still takes 18 secs so how am i gonna speed up the boot of amdgpu

The log strongly suggests the webcam is the issue, not the gpu.

Please try disabling the webcam in firmware.

The journal is actually less helpful here because journald screws the timestamps.

yeah it makes kernel boot like 4 secs and if you look at the normal systemd-analyze the kernel tooks 18 secs so amdgpu makes things very much worse i will send you full dmesg report right now to make a conclusion, but i searched for this slow boot time and i think this is because its an apu system. I thought this boot time was because of tsc but after marking tsc as unreliable at kernel cmd line tsc error gone an system directly goes into hpet but it didnt change boot time very muxh 18 secs ==> 17 secs one sec is great but if we dont solve this amdgpu problem i think we cant make this boot time to go down 15 secs.

I'd first and foremost try the LTS kernel or downgrade to some earlier kernel, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Arch_Linux_Archive (ie. see whether this is a regression)
it is not very likely that the cachy build of the same version would not have the same bug - IFFF this is a kernel bug at all and not a unique perk of your GPU
