Strange problem with mouse on GNOME

I use GNOME. From some days ago, mouse's clicks (mostly left and sometime both) suddenly stops working while cursor and scroll work! The strange part is that `libinput` detects clicks perfectly! This is `journalctl -f` after this happening:

اوت 31 20:22:03 rezarch gnome-shell[32121]: clutter_input_focus_set_cursor_location: assertion 'clutter_input_focus_is_focused (focus)' failed

GNOME and mutter are both 50.4.
