Problem mounting encrypted external hard disk

I have arch linux with xfce on my laptop and i have encrypted with luks external hard disk. If i connect the external hard disk over usb thunar file manager prompt me to enter the password and after i enter the password it is stuck on attempting to mount the disk.

have you tried to not enter the password in thunar but mount from terminal to maybe see what's wrong?

Mounting manually works fine, but mounting in thunar for some reason do not work.
