Website support: cannot subscribe to mainling lists

I'm not sure this is the right place, but I can't think of another place, so please let me know where the correct place for such issues is.

I'm trying to subscribe to the aur-general list, but whenever I try to create an account or to subscribe without an account I get the following error:
"Forbidden (403)
CSRF verification failed. Request aborted."

I've tried multiple times, from two different devices and browsers.
What can I do?

Have you tried subscribing by sending an email to aur-general-join@lists.archlinux.org?
