Why is python-pipx not getting any updates?

The current version of python-pipx in the repos (https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/python-pipx/) is version 1.15.0 (which was released 24th, June, 2026).

The most up to date version on it's upstream github repo (https://github.com/pypa/pipx) is version 1.18.4 (which was released 18th, October, 2026).

The package was flagged out of date on 2026-07-16. I was wondering why the upstream updates to pipx weren't getting packaged anymore.
