I recently ran a pacman upgrade and ever since rebooting my 's' and 'i' keys have stopped working on my Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 Gen 10 14AKP10 83HX. Rebooting into UEFI firmware, the keys work normally to log in to the shell, but when I try booting my main system I can't get past the password protection on my root partition. Even going into the lastest Arch Installation Image doesn't resolve the issue. Worth noting (and what I suspect may be the cause) is that I ran the last upgrade with an external keyboard connected and ran an upgrade which triggered the mkinticpio hook, but I rebooted after discovering the issue and changed the hooks so that "keyboard" would be before "autodetect", and regenerated the init UKI. Anyone experiencing a similar issue?
Edit:
I tried it again a while later and for some reason turning the keyboard backlight off with the Fn + Space combo fixed the issue? I am very puzzled as to why this worked.
