[SVN] The best solutions for Subversion?

I`m asking about the best technique of using Subversion from developer side (Linux and Windows). I mean good and easy in compilation app (frontend) for Subversion like kdesvn, rapidsvn <- there are some problems during installation process (qt4, arp etc.). Do you know faster and easier way to populate Subversion on both operating systems?

Uncomment community repository in your /etc/pacman.conf, than pacman -Sy and pacman -S kdesvn.
The best way to get kdesvn app for Subversion without complicated compilation from source code.

[Windows]
I don`t know. Maybe install RapidSVN?

Eclipse offers a plugin for subversion, which I have not tested yet; it should offer the functionality of its cvs plugin.
Netbeans has one, too; I tested it, works, but I am already back to vim and use svn from the command line mainly.

You might also get interested in trac (http://trac.edgewall.org); they offer very nice web views for svn. There is a package for Archlinux, if I recall correctly.
