Small, very useless question - Where are the root commands logged?

I don't know why this is bugging me, but it is.  The non-root commands are stored in a text file in Home.  Am I correct in assuming that root commands are stored in a text file in /root ?  How do I access it?  My window manager tells me that I don't have root privileges.

Just to be more clear, I'm not talking about man pages.  I'm talking about the file where the root commands you've typed are logged.
