XFCE4 has super tiny fonts in the terminal app.

I have a flat panel screen at 1280 x 1024, and the letters in XFCE4's terminal app are super duper tiny.  Is there an easy way to make them bigger?

I'd also like to change the color scheme to green on black (or anything better than tiny letters on a bright white background).  It's like looking into the Sun, lol.

Mozilla has the same problem, but I can just hit CTRL-+ a few times.

Hi,

since you say, these fonts would be small in mozilla, too, I guess all your
fonts are small using XFCE4. Note that xfce4 is using its own initiation (read
startscripts) for X. I does mean it also handles settings from X usually
given by .xinitrc or the configfiles anywhere i /usr/X11R6/etc or so.

So you can edit xfce4 settings here: /opt/xfce4/etc/xfce4/xinitrc
You can also give it a try to place them in ~/.xfce4/xinitrc, AFAIR. But
before you better read their docs. It is quite comfortable but complex.

HTH,
bye neri
