Error on pacman -Suy

Hi,

i get some strange 505 messages during the pacman sync and update process for some time. This problem does not seem to be related to my mirror because it happens with different mirrors. I also get "packet corrupted" messages during the upgrade process. I already tried to clean the cache with pacman -Scc and i tried different mirrors. Nothing helped.

You should use the same mirror for all repositories. For Germany hosteurope or bellnet are quite good. See https://forum.archlinux.de/?page=Postin … hread=5874 for an example pacman.conf.

Thank you for that tip. Using the same mirror (i chose hosteurope) solved the problem.
