VIA: xf86-video-via or unichrome?

I have a CN400 chipset which includes the UniChrome Pro IGP.
I can see that I have three (3) choices for a driver:

1.  current/xf86-video-via
2.  current/xf86-video-unichrome
3.  extra/openchrome 20061127-2

Can someone explain to me the differences between the two or point me to somewhere where I can read up on them?
