I recieved the same errors but after a reboot everything works fine in my case. The only thing I had to fix after the upgrade was the inittab file and change the line for gdm so it pointed to /usr/sbin/gdm instead of /opt/

About the scrollkeeper-preinstall...
I have now a new directory on /-q

scrollkeeper is an only package? or part o another one?

i deleted...#rm -R ./-q/...i dunno why it is there

You can safely rm -rf the "-q" directory, it was created by libgnomedb and gnomeicu on post_install by a faulty scrollkeeper-update statement.
