having arch _not_ clean /tmp

Hi,
where does Arch purge /tmp? I couldn't find it in either rc.shutdown nor rc.multi.
Unimportant but if someone wants to know why I want that: I want to configure pacman to use /tmp instead of /var/cache to download the packages to. But if I do that, I don't want to loose those packages on the very next reboot. That's why I would like to stop arch from freeing /tmp on every shutdown/reboot.
thx in advance

Re: having arch _not_ clean /tmp

Wow, now that's kindof embarrassing.. I just found it in rc.sysinit
lol, I don't know why I didn't find it earlier, I thought I checked the sysinit too. Well obviously not, so sorry for this unnecessary posting. At least it is written down now and others can find this thread when they use the search function. :>
